Another Club Outing?

The committee would like to know if you would be interested in visiting Stockton Bury Gardens near Kimbolton in early September.  A third (!) form is circulating this evening to gauge interest. Please write your name, then tick one or both dates to indicate when you would be able to join our proposed outing.  This would be using our own transport, shared where possible.

IF we receive enough positive response, we will try to arrange an outing.  We have not yet approached Stocktonbury as we would like to do this as a private group visit on a day when they do not usually open to the public.  So, this is not definite, we would just like to know possible numbers.

Budding Photographers

Barbara Mark in Orleton is looking at the idea of collecting data, via photos, of plants and animals. Gardens must be one of the best places in the country for wildlife. With that in mind she was wondering if anyone who has a digital camera might be willing to become part of a data collection group for gardens in this area? It would be brilliant to have a month by month collection of photos of people’s gardens. It could be just a big picture of the garden or more close-ups of plants and animals.  Barbara would welcome any help with this project.  Please contact her on 01568 780842

Chris Beardshaw

Tickets are on sale this evening.  Please see Shelley Choat. These tickets are only available to card-holding, paid up members at present and you will only be able to purchase one.  The price is £7.00.  Tickets sold to members are non-transferable. Details for guest tickets will be given at a future date.  Please do not ask to be put on a waiting list for guest tickets - this is not an option.
