The printable schedules are available in two separate Word formats.
   
This schedule is just a straightforward Word document it will print the details in a regular A4 format
 
Ignore the numbered pages that you will see on the document until after you have printed it.
This format requires you to print the odd pages first, then to re-insert the pages into your printer tray - in the correct oder and the right way round - and print the even pages on the other sides.  This will produce 3 sheets of paper which, when folded correctly, (use the numbered pages now) will form an A5 size booklet of 12 pages.
To print the odd & even pages, go to 'File', 'Print' then, in the box that appears on the left hand side, towards the bottom, click on the down arrow where it says 'All pages in range'.  You will find the options to print only odd or even numbered pages (see diagram below).
